eMarket Software, Inc developed this Barnett Shale Data web application using database, web service, and Microsoft Virtual Earth Technology.
Requirements
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher or Netscape version 6.1 or higher with JavaScript enabled are required for this application.

The following data sets were generated from the Geographic Information System of the Railroad Commission of Texas. Tax overlays for Tarrant county were provided by the Tarrant County Appraisal Disctrict, National Flood Hazard Layer
was provided by FEMA via software Web Services. Base map information was obtained from U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute quadrangle maps. Patent Survey lines from Texas General Land Office maps were interpreted onto the U.S. Geological Survey base. Oil and gas well data and pipeline data were obtained from public records at the Railroad Commission of Texas
and other third party services. The data sets provided by this system are continually being updated and refined .
Barnett Shale Data shall not be held liable for use of these data sets, which are provided as a service for informational purposes only.
PLEASE NOTE that these data sets are NOT intended to be used as an authoritative public record for any geographic location or as a legal document and have no legal force or effect. Users are responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness, currency and/or suitability of these data sets themselves.

Services are not available to minors. Barnett Shale Data services are not available to
parties whose use of services has been suspended or terminated. You must submit
a complete registration form on behalf of yourself or the corporation,
partnership or other legal entity that will be using Barnett Shale Data Software and
Services. By accepting this Agreement, you represent that (a) you are eighteen
(18) years or older and, if applicable, (b) you are authorized to sign for and
bind the corporation, partnership or other legal entity that will be using
Software and Services.
You must provide current, complete and accurate registration information, and
further update information to stay current, complete and accurate. Unregistered
users are precluded from using Software and Services under this Agreement. If
you are a corporation, partnership or other legal entity, you may allow
employees to use Software and Services under your account, but will be held
responsible for all activities and charges by such employees.
Further, you agree to maintain professional conduct at all times, refrain from
inflammatory remarks, and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances
and regulations related to use of Software and Services. You may not use
Software and Services to engage in illegal covert operations, fraud or other
illegal activities or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of
others.
Any communications or materials you transmit connected to the use of Software
and Services may be used by Barnett Shale Data, or its affiliates, for any purpose,
including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission,
publication, broadcast and posting.

Barnett Shale Data, a division of eMarket Software, Inc produced this system for its use and the use of bona fide
licensees. It may be revised from time to time without notice. eMarket Software,
Inc. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR
