Innovative Mapping and Data Services

BarnettShaleData.com provides information and mapping services to registered users. Users can register and subscribe to one of three subscription plans that best fits their needs. After completing the subscription process, users will have instant access to all of the features packaged with the plan.

The counties below are currently availble in our Interactive Mapping application.
The Barnett Shale has been classified as falling into "Core" and "Non-Core" areas of production. To date production has concentrated in the Core area where the shale is thicker and the uncertainty is reduced. This allows for the wells to be drilled at slightly lower gas prices than those in Non-core areas.
